My Reflection

My reflection is of someone, I am not.
I never thought I could look in the mirror and someone not even I know is looking back.
I never liked pink or makeup, or just girl stuff now.
I look in the mirror and see a normal teenage girl.
I think back to what changed me so much that I don't recognize my face.
My mind drifts to that day, and drifts away.
I think of you.
You put me down so much that I act as if I'm a 'girly girl' so it will stop the torement.
I'm not sure I know who I am now.
I just know what I've been taught and what you did.
I wish I could go back in time so that I never met you.
No one takes time to get to know the real me and why I act the way I do, and why I'm afraid to be myself.
