Moving On

Life is not as it was before,
It's gone has the life having more.
Feeling lost and alone,
I sit and bemoan.

Seeing loved ones nothing changes,
Never realise that life goes on.
People laugh and smile away,
While others crash and fade away.

It takes a moment to say I love you,
But a life to prove through.
Most words are empty,
I've found in life.

I miss so many things,
And the things it brings.
Feelings inside,
Inside my mind.

I'm tired and alone,
But on my throne.
Take my kingdom of dirt,
And my crown of thorns.

I write my feelings down,
For ghosts to read.
Nobody cares there are the fears,
Actions never seen or the tears.

Life is not as it was,
Just learn to deal with that.
Life is not as it was,
We all just move on.
