Missing You Poem by Jasmine Smith

Missing You

I weep,
My heart aches over you,
I try to sleep,
Thinking of both us two.

I try not to imagine loosing you,
Throughout the battles you intend to fight,
Weve got kids,
A family,
As i tell myself not to cry.

Letters are memorable,
I keep them safe and sound.
I read them out to myself every night,
I read them aloud.

Our baby is already born,
I guess you wouldnt know.
He is 2 months old,
Guess what's his favourite show?
Winnie the Pooh,
With little roo,
Again,
I guess you wouldnt know.

Ill leave it their,
And let you go,
As ive wrote this letter telling you i love you so.
We are both thinking of you,
As you fly ahead.
Both me and jack,
Sleep in our bed.

I love you baby,
Dont let us down.
Your a great soldier,
So lay the laws down!
