Memories Never Made

We were together
For months in my mother stomach
Kicking laughing and having a
Great time
But when we were born
Fate took her away
If she were still here
On earth with me
I see us sharing secrets
And doing everything
Together
If she were still here
We would be
Identical……inseparable
Even though she is in another place now
The memories and feelings
I have with her
Will never change

Beautiful, your emotional security is superior to that of many, as is your poetry.
