Losing Friends Poem by Randy McClave

Am I willing to lose friends over their politics
Even though their politicians uses tricks,
No, I have said I most definitely will not
For a true friendship I have desperately sought.
I don't care what political party they believe in,
I will not lose them because we support different men.

I am not willing to lose friend's over stupid things
Especially because of tiny nicks or dings,
But, when the treatment of others become our quarrels
I am then willing to lose friends over their morals.
Especially, when they treat others like hell,
That then is a wholly different tale.
