Journey Of Purpose Poem by Ima Ryma

Journey Of Purpose

They traveled from their homes afar.
Cautiously, they traveled at night
By following a brilliant star,
Guiding them under heaven's light.
At last their journey safely made,
They came to town of Bethlehem.
A beam of starlight was displayed
Over a small stable to them.
Into the stable the three went,
And each knew what a wise one knows.
A precious gift each did present
For the infant in swaddling clothes.

The Three Wise Men paid homage to
Baby Jesus, King of Kings, true.
