Island Queen Cebu
But not on this city did you placed your love,
Did all your beginnings and endings would be the bearing of your life stories,
Nomads, did your returningand from the wild visitings,to be wandering in this city streets again,
Pilgrims coming from the sea to this beautiful island city, they called one of the best islands in the world,
And Cebu would the prospected bride to be coming back to again and again,
And explore this beautiful she island in the Philippines,
Wild to your rustic yearns and urban heart,
The small town wonders and the big city shops,
Flittered along these souvenirs shops to remind you of the natural beauty of a sea royalties,
Their natural theme parks and swim with the bulky whales roaming in the sea of Oslob,
Sunny and the pleasant beaches and enjoy the traditional and the modern comforts, facsimiles of Bangkok and busy Hong Kong.
You're welcome here by the Cebuanas with their garland festoons of white sampaguitas,
Your coming back to these small juxtapositions between the big building in this mismatched city architecture,
The old adventurer and an island queen,
