Oh Islamabad, my beloved city of green,
A paradise on earth, like no other scene.
With its grand avenues, and sprawling trees,
It's a place of beauty, that's hard to seize.
The Margalla hills, tower high and grand,
A majestic sight, across the land.
With hiking trails, and picnic spots galore,
It's a place of peace, and so much more.
The Faisal Mosque, stands tall and proud,
A beacon of faith, that's never been bowed.
Its architecture, a blend of East and West,
A masterpiece of art, that's truly blessed.
The lush gardens, and blooming flowers,
Fill the air, with sweet fragrant powers.
The birds sing out, in sweet melody,
A symphony of nature, that's so heavenly.
The people of Islamabad, warm and kind,
A true reflection, of the heart and mind.
With diversity, and cultures, that unite,
It's a place of harmony, that's always bright.
Oh Islamabad, my dear city of light,
You're a true wonder, in every sight.
A place of peace, and serenity too,
I am proud, to call you my home anew.
