International Women's Day Poem by Kenneth Maswabi

International Women's Day

Rating: 5.0

On this beautiful day
Women are not only beautiful
But are also amazing, courageous and loving
From the dusty streets of developing countries
To the underground bomb shelters of Ukraine
Women are providing the much needed care for their entire communities
Women are making tough decisions to survive
Breaking barriers and creating new opportunities
Women are the bedrock of our lives
Capable of holding the entire weight of families, nations and the rest of humanity
Women are the tough fibre of existence
Unwavering and unapologetic
Women are the pedestal of hope
Today, I want to celebrate women from all walks of life
Rich, poor, vulnerable, disabled, educated... etc
Women have the power to tie the cord of humanity and bring us together
Happy International Women's Day! ! !

Most important is that she (woman) feels appreciated because of her personality and know-how and she dares to give honest response to annoying male aquaintances, she dares to be herself, that's the most important!
