Independence Day Poem by Daniel Miltz

Independence Day

Awestruck by the excellence
Charmed by the moments
Sound of loud blasts, mystical sparkles
Shining lights of glowing roman candles
Shooting in rocketing whistles
Dabs of brilliant star-like rows
Of man-made rainbows
Sprinkled under heaven's side
Set free, far, and wide
Into the windswept ambience
Commending 'The Fourth of July'
Independence Liberty Day, sky-high
