Ignite

I imagined it in my dreams,
A night that washed all our fears away,
With a single stroke.
But with a blink,
A shaking wind came my way,
And knocked me back into reality.
The beat hit me like a train,
Taking the imaginations from my head,
And writing them down into my life,
So I'll never forget them!
Walking endlessly down this road before me,
With no destination in my heart,
I keep searching for the spark of my soul.
A light so amazing,
That it ignites the world inside me,
Waking the lost me from this deep slumber.
A color so strong,
That it brings our hearts back to life.
A sight so beautiful,
That it carries our dreams into the sky.
