I Won't Pretend

I won't pretend
That I'm alone
I won't pretend
This road is long

I won't pretend
Others feel my pain
I won't pretend
Some don't understand

I won't pretend
It's a struggle each day
I won't pretend
Its hard to get out of bed

I won't pretend
Losing you was fair
I won't pretend
Missing you rules my world

I won't pretend
I am heartbroken
I won't pretend
Life without you is worth living

I won't pretend
The depth of my grief
I won't pretend
You dying gave me peace
