I Saw The Sunset's Golden Glow

Rating: 4.5

The sun sank low,
The moon was bright,
We gathered driftwood,
Struck a light,
Made a bonfire,
Flames shot high,
Pall of smoke,
Raised to the sky,
Blanket wrapped,
Around my shoulder,
The sun has gone,
And it’s got colder,
Silence broken,
By the tide,
Contented now,
You’re, by my side,
Watch the ocean,
Ebb and flow,
I saw the sunset’s.
Golden glow.
