I Am One

The Almighty sits on high and looks down low
There's not a thing He does not know
He frustrates evil intentions, evil plans
To show that He's in charge not man
And even though suffering we certainly have to endure
He esteemeth those whose hearts are pure
And unwavering grace has been granted by the Son
To the persecuted Christian, of which I am one
