I Am A Queen Poem by Namita Rani Panda

I Am A Queen

I am a queen, though without a crown
Like a mountain rill I face boldly life's ups and downs,
An unfathomable ocean I'm
That drapes turbulence with a look so solemn,
I'm unlike the blue empyrean, bounded with no horizon
With limitless dreams and lofty aspirations,
Though hidden behind the clouds of adverse customs and traditions
I brighten the world like a brilliant rising Sun,
Like mother Earth I lovingly nourish and care
Turning perennially pains to sweet nectar,
Like a tree I love to give with no hope to get
Though ever neglected, I never regret,
I'm the source of all creations
I turn a house into a heavenly home,
I'm a rising Sun that never set!
I'm a queen without a circlet!
