Hope begins at night
When the lights are out
While you lay in bed
In the dark
And try to fall asleep.
It's when all the thoughts
Start to creep in to your head
And you want to grab a notebook
And a pen
And starting writing things down
Like a maniac.

So,
Hold on to that hope
And never ever let it go


Hope begins
Outside under the stars
That shine so brightly
In the sky
As you realize
You need to shine
Your light daily
As much as you can

In the forest
Hiking up a mountain
To a gorgeous view
That will take your breath away
And leave you feeling powerful and inspired

So,

At the gym
When you throw on the boxing gloves
And start throwing punches
As hard as you can

So,
Hold on to that hope

Hope begins
With a spark
Inside of you
So,
hold on to that hope
And start unleashing it
