Holes
"There's a hole in the boat! ",
I heard someone shout.
I said, "Yep, that's a hole,
that's a hole no doubt.".
"There's a hole in the boat! ",
I heard another one shout.
"There's about as much water,
within as without! ".
"There's no need to worry.".
I heard another one shout.
"Let's all make a hole,
so the water runs out.".
Funny poem, Steve. Years ago people would say, That's about as funny as a screen door on a submarine. Then someone said he served on a submarine that had a screen door. (It was for when the sub was topside)
