Growing Old



Where has all the time gone
The years that passed me by
Living in my memories, almost make me cry
I don't feel old within my heart
There are no wrinkles on my mind
I walk in love and kindness
Through the passage of time
Growing old with happiness
Is all I ask each day
To keep the joy within my heart
While I am getting gray
Growing old can be a joy
If we can learn to be
Happy with the way we are, and live in dignity.
