Let us wake up and greet the dawn
That would blossom forth into morning benign
All the while grateful to the night easeful, serene
The blessed find night and day equally blissful
Fight out blindness and be militant
Then dark won't be any longer dark
If we sharpen vision, light would be our own
If we open ears, sweet cadences would be our own
