Fiscal Migraine

In 1917 France introduced the federal income tax
to offset its participation cost in WWI

In spite of repeat request that taxes never was repealed
- well, what do you know.

My in-Law mother was born in the same year that France
produced the tax that turned into a permanent headache.

A coincidence?
I think not!
