Dirt Road Poetry Poem by Ronald Strickland

Dirt Road Poetry

A cloud of dust on a dirt road, would fill the air, as friends and neighbors would wave and smile as they drove by.

A child at play with siblings and laughter, Playing tag or hide and seek. Not a care in the would there was to be.

To remember the golden days are as poetry in the minds and life on a dirt road that has gone with time. Only to be remembered as a past in time.

The poetry of life on a dirt road brings a smile that glows. and will forever be a place in time where life itself was poetry to me.
