Day after

DAYS AFTER-22

The able navigator knows
How to sail across the troubled water
Experience gathered over the years
Has taught you how to handle
Adverse situations and come out
With flying colours

Your hair has turned grey
Fighting against all odds
Throughout your life
It has been an uphill climb
Never been a bed of roses
You have knowledge, experience and expertise
You need all these
To take care of trying circumstances
That may come your way

The sea may get violent and virulent
And more and more turbulent with time
Do not panic
You know how to come out of this

After every storm
There is peace and tranquillity
Wait for the storm to abate
Things will be back to normalcy

Every phase of life has its beauty
Forget the darker side of it
Live with the moment
Don't live for the moment
Old age is just another stage of life
Like childhood and youth
It has both nectar and venom in it
Enjoy and endure
That is what life is
