Rains are heavenly indeed......Valsa.....and the way you have narrated is quiet phenomenal.....great imagery I am really speechless......10/10
Enjoyed this narration, immortalizing a significant and joyful event in your land, among your people. Truly wonderful Valsa. PS: It's good to be back, and thank you for your warm, kind and caring regards.
I love the way you have captured nature in all its splendour so beautifully, you have me transfixed with the amazing imagery that conjures up an full orchestra playing! Outstanding write!
Valsa, Iam at a loss for words to express my deep feelings of awe on reading your impeccable poem! The Caption itself draws one to dance! The first two paras - the intro' to the coming rain; and then the picture painted when the rain falls, to the very last detail; and then the deluge with tapping the feet to the lilting rhythm of rain - Wow! ! So GREAT! ! It's always nice to read your beautiful poems and this one is simply magnificent! !
What an amazing poem! A best of the best! It is also a song, a painting, a movie, I loved this story of all life: rain- natural happiness. Thank you!
Hurray indeed for your much needed rainfall, captured beautifully in your poem Valsa.
A superb composition providing respite from the memoirs of scorching heat experienced at Kochi recently. It reminded me few lines from my old poem, Romance Of Seasons posted on P.H. Willl appreciate your comments on same.
Ah! Your song of rain is so soothing, it can take away the scorching heat at once.Lovely!
After a long spell of blistering heat, it rained yesterday soaking the parched land! It was with shouts of joy, everyone greeted this bounteous shower from the heavens! I can see how Valsa George became a cute child when it rained after a long blistering heat, but poem recited by the child is cuter.
