Confrontations

Sometimes it becomes necessary
To engage in a confrontation
You must be ready to stand your ground
Like that of a well armed nation

Sometimes we confront a person
Though it doesn't feel very good
But in your heart you know
You need to be understood

You've got to have your say
About what took place
You'll probably see the surprise
Written all over their face

But when it's over you'll feel better
Because you had your say
Now you know that in the future
You'll confront anyone any day
