If the Sun is smiling in the glimmering crescent Moon

The Black Crescent smirk is La Luna in bloom

If a solar eclipse is a Judas Kiss

The New Moon is a blessing from the orbiting Priestess

If Apollo, Quetzalcuatl, & Jesus are all this source of light

Isis, La Llarona, & Mary are the Dame of the Night

If the Sun is the lesson & the Moon the teacher

The meditative student is ordained the preacher

If the Earth can embrace such an unlikely trio

Is this not analogous of just how we grow
