Art Of Love
I want to,
Need to
Build a pyre
Set a fire.
On this flame,
I would place the emotion,
The love,
the senseless devotion.
I want to learn to
Destroy this feeling,
Watch it burn
The love
I am concealing.
Take a knife
Let the emotion flow
Bleed out of my heart.
Don’t let it show,
Tear it apart.
I want to take this emotion,
And wash it away.
Like waves at the bay,
Flowing in a constant motion.
