An Instant In Time

Procrastination is the thief of time
Impulsiveness may make bad decisions
Hours passing are marked by bells that chime
We imagine the future as visions

Past events are now just our history
But shaped our views and guide us day by day
The future is still a mystery
The present is God's gift, we choose the way

Time is not constant as Einstein showed
But slows near light's speed, yes it is variable
At high gravity too, time is slowed
Earth is ephemeral. God is eternal
