A New Beginning

A new beginning
May a heart once given
Left upon a shelf forgotten
Dust warm wind shall blow away

For lost and with a lonely lover
Has what seems forever
Counts the days

Wait for mine, a tender moment
Somewhere when, another may
Life once lonely, gaze anew
Upon an empty heart shaped space

A beat, then yonder, faster, louder
A touching tender fate
Like a wish and dream when once there was
Entwines a tight embrace
