A man needs a woman at his side
To give him elegance and also pride,
A woman in which he trusts and also believes
A woman to which forever he will abide.

A man needs a woman on his arm
To give him dignity and also charm,
Like gold cuff-links placed on his sleeves
A woman who would never bring him harm.

A man needs a woman to hold his hand
But, not only to help him stand,
But, because him it does please
Then intense feelings are happily planned.

A man needs a woman in his very thoughts
More than that of riches and yachts,
Goodness and joy he then receives
By counting his yes's and never his nots.

A man needs a woman in his heart
That is, if that man is truly smart,
With a true Godly woman that never leaves
Then true love for him will start.
