A Life Lost

Life will sometimes lead us
Down many different roads
Remembering our journey
As the years make us old

It hasn't been real easy
Living in this lifetime
Although I know I'm living
I can't say life is mine

So many disappointments
Failures that I have faced
Some people might even say
My life has been a disgrace

A long long time age
When I lost my place
I have no where that I belong
Too late now to save face

So, I'll live out my years
However long that may be
Having no idea at all
What's left ahead for me
