A Butterfly Poem by Colonel Muhamad Khalid Khan

A Butterfly

Rating: 5.0

A Butterfly
Let me be a flower and be a butterfly
To kiss my face and take essence
In that trance of kiss let me but die
Let love spread with its real fragrance
Let me be a child to catch you to play
Let me see all your colors on my palm
My sweetheart be everlasting little ray
Being an appraiser of love is no harm
I love you my love and see all around
I do know I will not survive with out you
You travel in me like symphony, sound
Love is a real test through and through
