you will be my god again then
n smile at my wild recklessness
play your pipes to my soul,
n i will keep in time with,
your hoary goat legs,
as all my goddesses
sleep n resurrect themselves,
to guide me,
there are five elements abound,
i have survived fire burning,
having been born of it,
i have churned and twisted in water,
lulled into the still womb of it,
i have buried myself deep within the earth,
n cradled her,
watching the birth
witnessing the death,
n rode naked on the back of the wind,
both leaning in,
and against its seductive forces,
now i stand
look towards spirit,
unafraid,
step into the journey of self.
