Carried away by the sway of sunflowers Marilyn. It's for these simple things in life that we yearn for, the merry little petals that make us come alive each time we see them...

Marilyn, hi, my name is Susie, and live in Kentucky, I too enjoy a bit of poetic prose, mostly written in the form of love gifts in my families birthday cards…and also really enjoy taking pictures too, but just now, between fixing the coffee pot for the morning, and seeing what I need to do next before bed…just wanted to come and tell you how much I enjoy your poem '' Chocolate Pie ''. I just made one today for my daughters husband. I made it from our ''Memama's recipe. She was the best cook, and at all family functions, her greatly anticipated Chocolate Pie, sat waiting for us right beside her just as sweetly savored coconut cake… Your poem was tender and sweet…. So glad to have had the privilege to read it…. Have a great night, God Bless.. Susie-q, from KentuckyLand
sounds really great. you are showing your emotions nice. you will have great future in poetry. i invite you to read my poems. as a friendly look.
I have read so many poet and poetess here on this site but this poetess, I find better than many, her poems are vivid in imagery with crystal clear meaning, use of words is fantastic, her words flow like a gust of wind and emotions like steam of water, beauty, sweetness and melody are the hall marks of her poetry, ..’’3 white ducks ‘’ has the quality of ‘daffodils ‘of Wordsworth..great poetry, I love them all..
you are a great poet. you are very blessed. writing poetry is not something someone can learn after birth. it should be inborn within you. i really like your poems. i am just 16 and i look up at you for the amazing number of poems you have written. hope you write more and entertain us! ! ! ! -
