Did Heine write ' To my Relations'? (They kiss me with false lips, strip flesh from my bones, etc)

In 2017 I decided to attempt a Henrich Heine project. To write and dedicate a poem to the first 20 poems on this site by Henrich Heine. It is a style of poetry from the past, I desired to write a contemporary poem, inspired by Heine's theme or themes, to sometimes interact directly with the language style of the original. To pay a quiet tribute to Heine. I extended the project to the first 25 poems.

In 2016 when I first visited these poems by the poet Henrich Heine, his poems had been posted for several years but had almost no comments. This seemed sad, in 1933 in Germany, Heine had been banned and his books burned, for the crime of being Jewish. I decided to read and to leave a comment on all his poems. It seemed right to give Heine a voice, and I wrote and dedicated a few poems to Heine in 2016 and 2017, inspired by his poetry.
