William Milam Poems

As I look into the eyes of pure sorrow
It is clear to me, the pain I have not earned
For I wish that it be gone, next upon the marrow
For in those eyes, and only in those eyes can you see,
...

Walk with me my child, let us walk along the shore
For there is something I must reveal to you
A great mystery explore
...

A toast,
A toast to Sadists
who have a story to tell
By taking ones happiness
...

Life has a reason, a destiny that you’ll see
And faith, is a virtue, that’ll show, who you will be
So times, of the essence, to show, what you will do
Don’t worry, I believe, yes I believe in you
...

Love is Joyful
Dashing
Amare
Blissful
...

Wouldn't one day
You'd like to see
The world in peace,
And Harmony
...

Sorrowful Appreciation

As I look into the eyes of pure sorrow
It is clear to me, the pain I have not earned
For I wish that it be gone, next upon the marrow
For in those eyes, and only in those eyes can you see,
Why you must appreciate life, as bad as it can be

Gazing into a deep brown,
of nothing but poisoned love
Knowing that if you if I dig deeper
Something a beautiful as a dove
Those eyes were not always crying
Not always dying

Those eyes once showed success,
They showed hope for what’s coming
But the terror came in too soon
Like a war band drumming
For this soul was not always black
Not as grey as it is today

The skin is swollen, with limited breaths
Every last one is important
Or he will receive his death
And I hope for some way, for this to be gone
For the pain that I feel, the agony that he lives
may disappear

The mask that helps him breathe, has a quiet yell
Like something screaming and crying, living it’s own hell
I come to realize this is almost too real to imagine
But yet it is still there, terrible, but amazing

His chest moving slowly, fighting to stay alive
To escape this terror, into fantasy, you take a deep dive.
For I have seen this the man, who fights for his freedom
and is still fighting, because one thing he has done is survived up to this
It is this that he must not deny

The only hope that can be done is to wait
To pray that the innocent man, may not receive his fate
But still, I appreciate life every day, no matter how bad it may be
Because if I don’t, this could all happen to me
