Emotions

Scrambled emotions
I feel so alone
My heart just won't heal
Its tattered and torn
I long for my family
Who just does not care
A sad little girl
I'm alone and I'm scared
The pain and the hurt
It gets to hard to bare
The drugs seem to help
But its always still there
My tears full of sadness
My heart with dispair
Wondering If someone out there still cares.
