It seems
Sometimes dreams
Are more real than reality
When we're dreaming

A drink is taken from the glass
She falls down on the floor
A tear falls down her face
''Why did I do this? ''

My head says get away from me,
You've caused just too much pain.

But my heart's still clingin' to the past;

That brilliant smile...
Those entrancing eyes...
Those sturdy arms...
All these aspects are perfect
...

Close my eyes to see the demons
Close my heart to seal the pain
Tuck myself in slowly
Don't worry, I'm not safe

My mind and body are clear of disease
For the first time in far too long.
The fevers and flashbacks,
Nausea and shakes...

Between heaven and madness?
