TaBresha Bozeman Poems

The ocean shining like crystals
The fish swimming in the blue lagoon
Area so vast in miles
Large enough to hold the reflection of the moon
...

You know what make it so hard to love
Is that I love too much
Trying to forget all the past memories
But I think I need a crutch
...

People may see me crazy, because I am ready to die
But I woke up one morning, and realized my life was a lie

My family was all backwords, girls in triple x T-shirts
...

If i shall fall in love, knowing I'd die tomorrow
I would be happy to know that my hearts full of joy instead of pain and sorrow
Instead of sitting in a chair counting down the time
I'd enjoy a kiss, a bunch of laughs, and pour a glass of wine
...

Once upon a time, a long time ago
There once was a prince who everyone knows
On his agenda he teased a teen maid
As he soaked her with milk and was told to behave
...

The liquor crawling down my throat
The burning sensation
As I crawl the steps to destiny
My paralyzing body
...

Stomp on my heart
Shoot my pride
Kill my dreams
of becoming a bride
...

First in fear, i trusted God
When I knew I would die
I accepted my destiny and held back tears
Then I closed my eyes
...

Lying under here
For what seems like forever
Weighing the weight on my shoulders
Feels like my legs are being severed
...

Loving him was the end of life as I knew it
Through all the pain we've both endured
I thought that I was losing
But far beyond the knowledge I knew
...

A single smile from you
Can last a life time
The touch from your hands to mine
Cause myself esteem to shine
...

The biggest lie I ever told
Might not seem bigger than a strand of hair
But you might not possess a heart or soul
But the lie is 'that I don't care'
...

There once a girl who ran away
Because the abuse she could not hide
So as she walked along the highway
A truck stopped to give her a ride
...

Take a puff
It makes you feel better
Take a drink
it makes you feel better
...

The damage you caused
Left me speechless
When you let him climb on me
Gave him what I gave you
...

Isn't it my mistake to take the blame
Why are you constantly reminding me
At least I admit my mistake
Yet you let drug dealers go free
...

Nothing in this life belongs to you
The money is tooken away
Your body is just a pit stop
Your love can't be controlled
...

I am the bodyshe your creation
in which you like to touch
You like the self permission
The squirm and begging all to much
...

I stand at the edge of a cliff
Looking into the blue green water
The forest trees stain it
I stand barefooted
...

The Ocean Blue

The ocean shining like crystals
The fish swimming in the blue lagoon
Area so vast in miles
Large enough to hold the reflection of the moon
Mountains under the salty depths
Creatures with undescribable beauty
Palm trees on the shore nearby
Caring for unappreciated duties
Tails of unknown animals
Flowing waves that they create
Forming many more families
As the mother and father mates
The sun heats the crests
The hot sand on the shore
Standing on the sidelines
Wishing animals could speak, so you can have a tour
The chilling waters only covering the toes
Missing out will make you only rue
That you have missed out on the true beauty of the world
The magnificent, majestic ocean blue
