Forelorn Thou Too

Forlorn thou too
My sunburnt heart waits
For the raindrops from your tears
Still aspire for you to be cheerful and smiling
Craving to be with you to wipe off your tears........
Under the bottle palm tree by the Yellow river
That whispering breeze witnessed the myth
When I sold myself to you on no price
I have been waiting for a palm on my forehead
For a thousand years but a single message
Minimised the distance and we came close
It is a new window –the Face book
The sunshine peeps into your foggy moist nest
I couldn’t resist offering my emotions to you
The rivers’ meet park hosts a new sculpture
Which I never built before, the nascent love
The fragrance of your summer Jasmine
Sowed with the passion at your rooftop garden
Ventilated my muggy air, the cuckoo was singing
It’s all spring evergreens when you called me
Because I knew you will stop weeping
As soon as we meet and melt together
It’s awful to be transformed from acquaintance
You may keep on calling me, may be at midnight
May be at midday with your healing voice
It sooths my sunburnt heart....yet to decide how and
Whether you are my friend or foe or anything unique
The retiring stimuli love, the untold thoughts at your lap.
I am still alone
Forlorn thou too.......
