As the sun sinks into the horizon
The moon begins to climb it's way up the sky
By the time it's half way there,
It shines onto the sea
Like a mirror reflecting its own image of beauty
Looking at the clouds passing by with a shady color
With the stars lighting up the dark sky
It climbs and climbs until the clock strikes twelve

Its beauty is shown to the world at the peak of the atmosphere
Then as morning comes
It makes its way back down and into the sea
As the sun breaks its way though the clouds
And opens up the sky to a new day
