She Said Poem by Ted Sheridan

She Said

Rating: 5.0

The wine bottle is empty on the table
The candles have burned down to their holders
The house's lone cockroach is standing next to the leftover parsley potatoes yawning...
The old man has gone to bed early for a change
You and I are all alone here in cyberspace, so
Talk dirty to me you slut puppy
This dog needs walking___

For moment Ted, I thought she referred to the cockroach - there is at least possible confusion about its nomenclature! Rgds Ivan
