Will you be the other woman
painted once by Christian Schad?
“Two Girls” If you will, I’m coming,
hoping you’ll be very bad.
In the foreground one’s turned on,
baring breast and touching labias;
while the other, more withdrawn,
fantasizes corpus habeas.

Both zwei Maedchen are transgressive,
fingering what I would finger,
with compulsions that, obsessive,
echo mine. Oh, let me linger
with you, touched by you and touching.
Neue Galerie is not
where I wish to take you, clutching
parts of you that make me hot.
