Orange Crush Poem by Vaun Moore

Orange Crush

Rating: 4.1

I met you in a splendor of giggling
Amid summer dust in New York City…

Gulping merriment,
Drunk on berry wine.
Fine for the moment,
When stars became your eyes,
Your face the moon

Living moment to moment,
Sporadic burst of energy.
Passionate lover,
Entangled in a blaze of Orange.
Lips pressed to mine,
Orange Crush!
Mmm! Favorite flavor!

Mixing, mingling,
Being always one and the same … Two
You and me,
And me and you…

I met you in a splendor of giggling
Amid summer dust in New York City.
