you always know what to say,
just to make my day,
when i'm feeling down,
you turn it around,
you tell me things i need to hear,
i only wish you could be near,
to help me through,
everything i need to face,
because without you,
i'm not sure i'll make it far,
over time i became stronger,
but, just as quickly i lose faith,
because there're thoughts in my head,
that make me wonder if i'll make it another day.
