sometimes in life some days in life
will be incredibly bad days
this is simply a fact of life
that sadly cannot be changed
hopefully an incredibly bad day
will be rare seldom bother people
if when an incredibly bad day breaks
upon daily horizon causing drama chaos;
take it on the chin suck it up
square the shoulders face events
with fortitude take a breath
take a good slow deep long breath
let it out slowly then look
for a rainbow face the danger disaster;
do what you can take a few slow steps
rather than blind panic denial no steps
put best foot forward and wade into disaster
doing is better than petrified hopeless
worrying get done what you can accept
what cannot be changed tomorrow
is a new day hopefully break of dawn
will break into a new day sun shining;
with a few blessings a few good things
happening in life a little rain must fall
but after rain the sun will shine
look for the beauty the wonderful gift
of a glorious new rainbow blessing all
with eyes taking time to see with seconds;
minutes of heart thrilling rainbow beauty
in arching colour band stretching across
the opening sunshine sky this is blessing
of a hope filled brighter day dawning
the hope of a possible radiant day
a potential radiant day waiting to be born;
