Like A Feather

Floating on a breeze

Landing at our feet

Life lays a path before us

Smooth and rough

Narrow and wide

Up hill and down

Challenging and joyful

Then comes to an end

When, like a feather

Caught up in the wind

It rises, circles

And gently floats away.
