Kiss Me Softly Poem by Alfred Ramos

Kiss Me Softly

Kiss me softly, kiss me slow
Let me savor
The fruits of our labor
Close your eyes and let the feeling flow
Honey suckle comes to mind
When our lips combine
It’s the best fruit off the vine
You can kiss me hard
Catch me off guard
Make it last
Let go of the past
Apple blossoms fall to the ground
Our earth moves all around
When you place your lips on mine
I don’t have to wait for a sign
Sweet thoughts come so fast
Please don’t let it be the last
Kiss me gently, kiss me long
This is the recipe of a lover’s song
The tenderness was no surprise
We touch; I melt before your eyes
