Intimidation Poem by David Harris

Intimidation

Rating: 5.0

As we wander merrily down
life’s long and winding road,
we will meet with intimidation
from people close at hand.
They will try to sour
any joys and triumphs we have
with comments of destruction,
which will wound deep.
They only say their ridicule,
to safeguard their own failings,
in not being able to do
what you can do.

You certainly got this one right on spot. So many are like this, so, we can ignore or give a smile and keep on going. People who Intimidate, my Mom once told us, are basically nothing other than cowards and not worth the time of day. A great subject to pick and written very well. Glad to see you're okay.! ~ ~ ~marci.x.~ ~ ~
