If I had only known
That this was the my life would be
I would have surendered long ago
And then I would never be

If I had only known
That my father would act this way
I would have picked someone else
To be my father today

If I had only known
That I would be a mother right now
I would have done this different
Even though I am not sure how...

If only I had known
This is the way I would live
I would do anything to change it
There's nothing I wouldn't give.
