How Does It Feel
I know what it feels like, when someone walks away
and you don’t want them to leave.
I know what it feels like, when I had to walk away
when a person didn’t want me to leave.
I want to know what it feels like
when neither person wants to leave.
Amen to this thought...we all should know what it feels like to stay! Very well said.

This is so emotional.........I like how you start with the sadness you've felt and end with the joy you wish to feel. Great poem. Sincerely, Mary btw- I'd like to think there are LOTS of good things that come out of Michigan! (But, that's just opinion.......) :) Take care!
